Privacy Policy

At Devilish Designs, I care about your privacy. My website collects personal information such as; your name, email, address, and payment information. This allows for online ordering that can be sent directly to your address. Devilish Designs will NOT use your information for anything other than what it is provided for. Devilish Designs will not share your information with any other company or third-party. Your privacy is valued. Please feel free to contact me if you have any concerns about your privacy.

Refund Policy

At Devilish Designs, I strive to provide quality nail services for all of my clients. However due to the nature of my services, all orders are final and I do not offer refunds or returns after an order has been placed. Please double check that the address you provide when ordering is correct so your order is sent to the right place!

Shipping Information & Purchasing Press On Nails

When ordering press on nails, the process is as follows:

Choose the desired press on set, add to cart, and checkout via one of the secure payment options.
After I receive your order, I make and prepare your nail set.
Your order is shipped and a tracking number is obtained. Once the order is shipped, I will send you the tracking number so you can see exactly when and where your order is.

Once I have received your order, it will take between 2-6 days for processing and completing the order. Shipping should take an average of 7-10 days for arrival depending on where you are located. Please note that if you are further away, your shipping time may be longer than the estimated 7-10 days. If you are ordering press on nails for a special event, please consider ordering nails as soon as possible, since shipping times might be delayed with upcoming holidays.

Booking Policies

In person appointments are cash only.
Please message me if you are running late. I have a 15 minute grace period, but after 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and need to be rescheduled.
My nail space is home based, so please do not bring guests or children.
Please message me or reschedule if you are feeling sick. I understand if you're not feeling good, and rescheduling will be no problem.
If you would like a silent appointment, feel free to message me or include that detail in your booking information. I want every client to feel comfortable, and if you need some quiet time I will be glad to accommodate!
